Passengers on a Spirit Airlines flight had been horrified to see a “super rat” scurrying round in the overhead gentle becoming.
A passenger captured a video of the rat, which racked up a few million views, en route from Dallas, Texas, to Los Angeles, California.
“This was seen on a flight from Dallas to LAX this week,” wrote Dallas Texas TV in the caption of @chuck_hustle817’s video.
The viral video shows the chillout of an animal, with the shape of a rat and the feet and head that match, all in a light on the cabin ceiling, which houses the essential electric wiring that traverses the aircraft, Aviation A2Z reported.
“It’s a tremendous rat,” somebody yelled in the background. The rat was seen running about in the sunshine, creeping out some passengers on board.
“Somebody would have had to tell me what’s up there, we’re not about to just keep flying while something is crawling on top of my head,” an Instagramer commented.
“Ratatouille switched careers, I see,” one other mentioned. “You’re flying Chuck E Cheese Airlines,” someone commented.
No significant damage was immediately reported following the rat’s antics. Spirit Airlines told TMZ, “We are conscious of the video and are taking steps to deal with this matter.”
