Plane passengers zip-tie ‘unruly’ man to chair after he ‘kicked seats’ – Travel News – Travel

A surprising video has surfaced exhibiting a man repeatedly kicking a seat on an airplane, earlier than being restrained and tied up by fellow passengers.

The incident occurred on a United Airlines flight from Austin to Los Angeles on November 16, as captured by Gino Galofaro, a San Diego-based dependancy counselor.

Galofaro, who runs Hope Interventions, was woke up by the commotion and assisted in restraining the unruly passenger, studies the Daily Star.

Galofaro mentioned: “I woke up to him kicking the seat. The flight attendant walked by a couple times, nobody was doing anything.”

He added: “I restrained him and two other passengers were already getting zip ties so we zip tied his hands an feet and seat belted him to the seat. We were 40 minutes from LAX. Police came onboard when we landed.”
