The key to happiness.

I’ve finally figured it out. In case you’ve wondered, this is what it takes. Do these things at least once each and every day, in this order:

1. Read something.
2. Cook something delicious and eat it.
3. Write something.
5. Clean something.
6. Move around. Yoga is awesome.

Subsitutions: Gardening can replace items 5 and 6. Other people’s excellent cooking/dinner out is an adequate replacement for item 2 and should be done once or twice a week.

You probably thought it was more complicated than that, right? Mais non!
